we had Halloween it was our muff-it day and some of our class was scary .

5 week fitness challenge

Today our class did our 5 week challenge we had a paper it had activities. The first thing I did was the wall sit and the bur-pees and push up.It was fun. I have set some goals and I am going to work hard to achieve them.
